Regular submissions to the Bitter Fruit Review are, and will always be free. Our typical response time for a regular submission can range from one to two months. If you would like an expedited response time (within 3 business days), please donate to our ko-fi & submit the expedited submission form, linked here.
Rates are as follows (in USD):
$5 submission response within 3 business days
$10 detailed feedback for your piece
$15 feedback & response within 3 business days
Detailed feedback would include:

A line-by-line breakdown of your piece, including grammatical and syntactical edits.

At least one (1) page of broader analysis, organized into strengths, weaknesses, and concrete suggestions for improvement.

If rejected, a personally curated list of 10 magazines that we think would fit your work.
